We strive to ship every order in a timely fashion.
We utilize USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL (International Only) for shipping to provide you with options. If no options are selected, we will ship USPS.

Domestic (USA) Shipping:
For products that are in stock, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing (excluding weekends and holidays).
If a product in your order is currently back ordered, you will be notified and the rest of your order will ship accordingly.
Please note:
- All CassaFlavors orders ship from Massachuetts.
- The cut-off time for Priority Overnight Shipments is 2:00pm EST. If your order is placed after the cut off it will not be shipped until the following business day.
- Priority overnight orders placed on a Friday will not arrive until the following business day.

- Priority Overnight shipments are not guaranteed to arrive the next day.
- Capella Flavors will not provide refunds or credits for delayed Air packages.
- Capella Flavors will not provide refunds or credits for delayed Priority Overnight packages.
Our shopping cart will automatically offer you the best, most economical shipping options based on the destination and weight of your package.
International Shipping:
For products that are in stock, please allow 1-3 business days for order processing (excluding weekends and holidays).
If a product in your order is currently back ordered, you will be notified and the rest of your order will ship when everything is ready, you may request a refund if the delay is too long.
